Lennar Corporation's ploy to consolidate equity raise hard cash will fail because of trust
Lennar Corporation - has been selling many of its land holdings - borrowing money - forty cents on a dollar - and making a last ditch effort from drowning in a cesspool of its own making. Lennar Corporation has forgotten - that, it did many innocent people wrong - and its most egregious project that adversely impacted thousands was Parcel A on Hunter Point Naval Shipyard - a Superfund Site. Also, a site where Depleted Uranium was first tested - not to mention many Atomic experiments. Radiated Animals and Radials buried all over the place.
Lennar Corporation is trying its best to stay afloat but it is sinking in a cesspool of its own making.
One cannot - and will NOT succeed when you are dishonest, steal, lie, kill, do anything to make money and think that all will be well. It simply - does not work like that.
Lennar thinks it has some land on Hunters Point - it has but Parcel A. Surround by other parcel that are all polluted. So, why build 1600 homes in the middle of Chernobyl?
The others parcels - B, C, D,E, and F that is the Bay - must be cleaned. All these parcels come under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy.
The Parcels are part of a Superfund Site. If some of you come to San Francisco - I can give you a tour of the land and other mind boggling facts. People, on the East Coast need to see this mess for themselves - Lennar Corporation thought it could get away with murder - not this time.
When Realtors hear it loud and clear - that depleted Uranium and Atomic testing was done on this site. The Insurance Companies kick in - and the Insurance Premiums go up - as high as four hundred percent (400%). But, in this case it could go up - four thousand percent - I said 4000%.
Lennar Corporation has been bluffing people on the East Coast.
Here, on the West Coast we do not want Lennar Corporation and to Lennar's Board of Directors - to whom I have appealed before directly in good faith - I say, better pay heed.
There is a Spiritual Law that most people find difficult to speak and write about. But, there is nothing wrong with it - it simply ask all of us human beings - to exercise our "MORAL COMPASS".
I know Lennar Corporation has lost it - but just as it lost it - it could find it - stand up and do the right thing.
The land that is Hunters Point is a Superfund Site and will take millions to clean up. Just on one Parcel called E2 about $800 million.
Right now - with the housing crisis and thousands of people suffering - Lennar is suffering and laying off thousands of employees - directly and indirectly.
No one is their right mind wants to have anything to do with Lennar BVHP LLC in San Francisco and Lennar Corporation in general - all over the United States.
Congress is upset - as to who did permit this rogue company to acquire so much land and handle so many projects?
Well, let Congress undo the mess it created. My Army friends in Washington DC want me to address them - and I will fly to Washington DC to make my presentation - soon.
Lennar Corporation - thought it could not be touched. Even today - the weasel Kofi Bonner who is President of Lennar Urban - is talking the talk but will NOT walk the walk.
He has a dumb, stupid, illogical article in the Business Times - I just could not believe what I was reading. The land is toxic and surrounded by toxic land - who is their rabid ass mind - would want to live in the middle of Chernobyl? Duh.
Kofi Bonner should be ashamed of himself - he could at least have reviewed the Final Historical Radiological Document - linked to Hunters Point - to make some sound conclusions.
Kofi Bonner - chose to harm the community with intent. He is responsible for this crime and must go to jail. He has tried to investigate others - while he himself - has been slowly killing our children. This scum bag needs to realize that we are NOT stupid - and that enough is enough.
Kofi Bonner who hails from Ghana - chose to stifle the voices of those that spoke out about the Asbestos and Dust bombardment - adversely impacting the community. He did this with one intention - to make money for Lennar Corporation a rogue company.
Lennar Corporation must learn and learn fast - that it cannot BLUFF the community and get away with MURDER. For sure not here in San Francisco.
Lennar Corporation has lost TRUST and the community in San Francisco and the extended Bay Area - wants Lennar Corporation and Lennar BVHP LLC and Lennar Urban - OUT of our community.
More about the Candlestick Project that Lennar wants to put on the June Ballot - and try to bluff us all with the help of mostly Black Sellouts. Time will tell.
