DEA Serve One Of Several Warrants In Laguna Beach

by Michael Webster (mvwsr [at] aol.com)
"It hasn't culminated yet," Martinez said about the investigation. "There's another phase to it." and its believed to be only part of the even larger ongoing investigation throughout the South Orange County region

Drug Enforcement Administration agents say they served a federal search warrant this morning. At least one person was taken into custody immediately and agents confiscated a Lexus luxury automobile and a BMW motorcycle.

According to Special Agent Jose Martinez " we executed the warrant at the 32000 block of Pacific Coast Highway, and DEA agents served several warrants in the region as part of an ongoing investigation. When asked about the other warrants, he declined to elaborate.

Martinez further refused to give the name of the male taken into custody and would give no more information about the case because it is a ongoing investigation and more warrants are expected to be served in the area.

"It hasn't culminated yet," Martinez said about the investigation. "There's another phase to it." and its believed to be only part of the even larger ongoing investigation throughout the South Orange County region.
