San Francisco has a $6.8 billion plus budget but does not have ONE dollar to test children

San Francisco has some of the richest magnets living on the West Coast of America and this Nation we call the United States of America.

For sure, we have the Financial Center and the Banks that rank among the world's biggest with huge sum of money.

San Francisco - the City and County of San Francisco has a budget of $6.8 billion. Yes, Billions.

How ever, this RACIST city does not have ONE single dollar to test our children.

Our children who have been bombarded daily by Lennar BVHP LLC - with the most toxic dust, heavy metals, radiological elements, and of course Asbestos Structures for a long duration daily and over a very long period of time.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and our Very Senior Senator - Madam Water-Boarding aka Diane Feinstein has NOT said a word about the suffering and slow death of our children - that have been adversely impacted by Lennar BVHP LLC.

Our Elders that we love and those with compromised health are counting their days - they all are in peril. The Senior Senator does not give a damn and so does our Mayor Gavin Newsom - who is now focused on extra-curricula activities - most of them very dubious in nature.

We have Mark Leno in Sacramento with a Bill AB 1472 that could be used to test our children, with money in place - but no one has bothered to approach Mark Leno. This bill could address local health assessments.

Our SF Youth Commission has been trying to get some $50,000 to conduct testing for our children - but the process is boring and long and tedious.

It is some attempt but one that is taking a long course - an exercise in futility - or so it seems.

Some of us went to 555 Franklin Street - only to be told that come another day - and try again to get this measly $50,000 that really cannot do much - but beggars cannot be choosers - I suppose.

In the mean time Diane Feinstein has been trying to win millions in contracts for her husband Richard Blum. She became so bold that she was removed from one sub-committee - conflict of interests. Lick your chops - madam conflict of interest.

Mayor Gavin Newsom - a pet of the Getty's has never known - really, what it means to suffer from toxic dust, radiological elements, heavy metals and suffering in general. He has been stuffed and fed like a spoiled puppy dog - all his life.

We all got a gist of his sense of concern for what is Green and the Environment - when he took off with Jennifer Siebel (who is a good person) to Hanna, Maui - when the 58,000 gallons spill - adversely affected all forms of life - in and around San Francisco.

When - Mayor Gavin Newsom, came back from his brief week end vacation - which he deserved some after the long Mayoral Elections - and he tearfully, called a very bad experience.

Mayor Gavin Newsom - the brat he is was all over the Coast Guard, others, pointing fingers - but not ONE word about himself - leaving the Fort unattended. All this at the Congressional Hearing held at the Golden Gate Club - at the Presidio of San Francisco.

The man is not a man - does not have the balls to stand like a man and face real problems.

Gavin, has the ability to cater to those that will bring him fame - in a short frame of time - as he did some years ago. If his memory serves him right - Madam Water-Boarding was not pleased at that time with his gimmicks and things queer.

Money speaks - this time around the Mother Hen brought in the chick and told him - where to perch and when to crow - that is if he is aged enough to crow well and long enough to wake the hag.

Bottom line we do have money in Sacramento to test our children. The SF Redevelopment Agency that hired Lennar BVHP LLC is a quasi-State agency - so Mark Leno's AB 1472 could find the resources and fund some money to test our children.

Governor Terminator could find some money as he has spoken in favor of those exposed to pollution in the Central Valley. If the Mayor cannot approach the Governor - I suppose we must.

The measly $50,000 crawling at snail's pace - is a worth while attempt shown by the SF Youth Commission. Too little - too late - and a political attempt at some level using the SF Youth Commission as a ploy.

The SF Board of Education passed a Resolution that was unanimous. The SF Youth Commission - voted on this same Resolution unanimously - we, the community appreciate these BOLD actions.

It is left to Madam - Water-Boarding, Senator Diane Feinstein to do the right thing.

It is left to Mayor Gavin Newsom to do better then his stance with QUEER MARRIAGE and test our children and Elders and others with compromised health.

It is left to all to uphold - the PRECAUTIONARY PRINCIPLE that is on our San Francisco books as an Ordinance, a law - but in this case tossed in the waste-paper basket.

Come on political jerks you can do better - shed your corrupt and immoral ways - and defend our children and Elders that are suffering.
