Join us for a weekend retreat where we'll focus on various
inner awareness practices as a way to help social change agents
shift the way we do social change and social justice work in the world.

urbanRETREAT Schedule
FRI | DEC 7: Begins with an Opening Ceremony & Meditation | 7pm-9:30pm
SAT | DEC 8: Daylong Intensive (Zazenkai) w/face-to-face interviews.
Meals included | 5:30am-9:30pm
SUN | DEC 9: Early Morning Meditation & Closing | 5:30am-10:30am
2-hour Sadhana Yoga from 10:30a - 12:30pm

Sleepovers during the retreat can also be arranged.
