CORPORATE RULE......0

In 2006, a group called Democracy Unlimited in Humboldt County California did something revolutionary; they passed a law that limited the power of not just one corporation but all corporations in their county. Known as measure T, the law bans out-of-county corporations from participating in the electoral process. Their campaign is part of a growing effort nationally to challenge corporate power locally, reinvigorate democracy and place human interests above corporate profit.

-- Listen to their story --
-- Discuss campaign possibilities to limit corporate power in the bay area --
