San Francisco wastes over $70 million on Work Force with NO clear Blue Print.

San Francisco has a population of about 760,000.

For every twenty three constituents that lives in San Francisco - the City and County of San Francisco, and our stupid, inept - Mayor Gavin Newsom, employs one City Employee.

That is the highest ratio anywhere in the Nation - I am talking the United States of America.

In the Bayview Hunters Point area - is where the industrial area is. If you add Visitation Valley and a few neighboring areas - we have over 5000 small businesses that have been left to fend for themselves. All of them could easily employ one single person - women and men that lives in San Francisco.

In San Francisco there is NO direct, detail, implementation of any meaningful dialog with small businesses. In fact many small businesses have left San Francisco - because the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force - does not give them any respect.

The San Francisco Commission of Small Businesses is a joke. Each one patting themselves on the back and doing nothing in terms of concrete actions to bring progress to our great City.

If you calculate the number of City Employees that work in this City - it is NO surprise that most of them - do not live in the City of San Francisco.

These leaches making over $100,000 come to our City to earn their salaries and then go laughing all the way to the bank. No wonder San Francisco is going down the drain and drowning is a cesspool - of such inept leaders.

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force has failed to address the employment situation - because it has NO definition of " Work Force ". It has NO clear model for a career path.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

City Build continues to do business with the failed - Private Industry Council thugs like Laura Luster - who has no clue about San Francisco. And again does not live in San Francisco.

This was the same Laura Luster that demanded $120,000 for writing a White Paper three years ago - from the $270,000 that I fought to go into a pool for concrete, career training, and sought the money from the San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA).

I spoke up and Laura Luster was given $50,000 for a lousy White Paper that had no substance and led to the wasting of millions of dollars.

Today, Laura Luster has been hired as the Consultant for the City Build Project. Go figure.

As I said - in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco we have over 5000 small businesses and if each of them could hire one single San Franciscan - we would not have to worry about having City Build.

More a person from Oregon in the person of Rhonda Simmons , and the usual suspects that are out to make money and cheat San Franciscans.

City Build has wasted over $71 million with nothing to show. This is despicable - at this time - when money should not be wasted - and more with the very weak economic factors - eroding housing, and related economic issues.

City Build makes deals with some Unions. One Union the Carpenters Union has failed in its mission to protect the Union workers - working on the Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO) by Ingalls and Oakdale in San Francisco - the AIMCO properties.

City Build participates with dubious companies like AIMCO with NO written agreement on laws and regulations.

The Carpenters Union has been illegally collecting money from the Latino Carpenters - all Union Workers. These monies are NOT union dues but money that goes in the pockets of the thugs - one is a Union Steward - last name Wong.

The City and County of San Francisco has audited City Build. One has just to read the 155 pages report - to understand the plight of City Build.

It is a shame how City Build has failed to provide career jobs.

It is a pity how City Build has failed to work with small businesses. City Build wants to pussyfoot with City Departments - that have their own culture - some of these City Departments - have thugs that control everything.

The City of San Francisco has a Civil Service System that is very corrupt.

We cannot allow millions to be wasted - pretending that we are going to centralize the Work Force system and that the Board of Supervisors - will monitor the system.

The Board of Supervisors (BOS) has failed the constituents of San Francisco because most of them are corrupt and cannot think outside the box.

The Lennar BVHP LLC is one glaring case - where most of the BOS voted against the children, the elders, and those that need help linked with Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

In the same area - where all the building projects are targeted - in and around Bayview Hunters Point - with over 30,000 housing units in the pipe line - there has been no meaningful dialog with the community.

We have Samoans, Latinos, Asians, Whites, others - all kept out and few sell out Blacks working with Sophie Maxwell - lining up their pockets and on the take. Disgraceful.


The community has collected over 33,200 signatures to fight San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and the matter is in Court. This matter must be on the fore front and the community will not permit thugs - to take us for a ride.

We are not on any plantation - not the one from the past and no one is going to force us to work on one of their making - no one can force stuff down our throats.

WE WILL FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS AND THAT MEANS WITH ALL OUR MIGHT. YOU SELLOUTS AIN'T SEEN ANYTHING YET.

The City and County of San Francisco - is treating the matter of Quality of Life - as something they do not care about.

Just like the important issues related with the three Combustion Turbines that the City and County wants to place - closer to the Bayview and spew toxic particulates and pathogens.

The City Build Project targets the Bayview Hunters Point saying that it will get jobs for those that need jobs - but all it has done today is exploit the situation.

Laura Luster was on the Lennar BVHP LLC team and that project is going no where. So, now she has joined the City Build project - again fleecing San Franciscans.

It is amazing how these few House Negroes will do anything to make a fat buck.
