Bayview does not want any Peakers or Combustion Turbines spewing toxic particulates

The California Independent Systems Operator (CAISO) has not been very clear on its role linked with Energy issues in San Francisco.

This non-profit organization was fully responsible for the 2000 energy scandal. The likes of Enron fleeced the constituents of California - billions of dollars.

After the scandal one of the adjudications settled by the Court - was that the Williams Company either pay money or offer Combustion Turbines as a settlement to certain Cities and Counties.

Knowing our dumb, ignorant, arrogant, and very inept Sophie Maxwell - the District 10 Supervisor and mostly advised by Joe Boss and other such idiotic cronies - Sophie Maxwell opted for the old technology, toxic spewing Combustion Turbines (CTs). San Francisco got four Combustion Turbines and they are all in Texas in a ware house.

Many other Cities and Counties in California - opted for money - but as things happen - when you have idiots making decisions - Sophie Maxwell and her cohorts - opted for the worst - as she usually does. This pathetic, moronic, low IQ woman.

Today, we all have to debate, waste our time, millions of dollars have been wasted by San Francisco for the following:

1. It cost the SF Public Utilities Commission that is in charge of Energy issues in San Francisco to ware house these old technology Combustion Turbines (CTs), or diesel engines - some $250,000 every single year - some say $40,000 a month.

2.Most Whites have been hired the types of Karen Kubick, Barbara Hale, and some others - wasting tax payers money. Each of these scum bags get about $100,000 salary for trying to push the use and have these three Combustion Turbines - placed around 25th Street and Illinois - closer to the Bayview.

3. Millions of dollars have been spent fighting Mirant by San Francisco and the SF Public Utilities Commission - that has a Reliability Must Run contract some $18 million that the California Independent Systems Operator (CAISO) gives Mirant just for running a power plant that also has very old technology.

4. At one time Mirant power plant wanted to upgrade its CTs but they were sued by the City and County of San Francisco. Older CTs could have been replaced - but this was not to be.

5. The City and County of San Francisco and SF PUC built a couple of conduits under Islais Creek to accommodate the proposed three CTs - only for the conduits to be compromised. Some $15 million were lost in this process. Only I have been saying this - the rest of the morons do not talk about this fact. The Muwekma Park and Sanctuary was compromised by these idiots - one of them Sophie Maxwell.

Sophie Maxwell the dumb, ignorant, inept District 10 Supervisor will not talk about these facts. The SF Bay Guardian does not talk about this fact. Nor does the SF Chronicle and the Examiner - two news papers that we use to line the bottom of our bird cages in San Francisco.

6. While most States and Cities do not want to use fossil fuel - near homes and factories - the City and County of San Francisco - including Mayor Gavin Newsom and Jessie Blout - are behind the scenes trying to make the old technology, spewing particulates - look good.

We want to call ourselves a Green City but are in fact just the opposite. Empirical Data in some areas of San Francisco adversely impact our Seniors, our children, others with compromised health - and kills these innocent human beings slowly. Mayor Gavin Newsom is a racist - because poor minorities are targeted and such dirty, toxic spewing particulates - filthy CTs placed in their communities.

7. So we have wasted over a $250,000 every year - since the year 2000 storing these old toxic spewing CTs. We have wasted $15 million on a failed conduit - all tax payers money. We have wasted millions on idiots like Karen Kubic, Barbara Hale a staff of four more, others including consultants each getting over $100,000 a yea plus. And the program is really going no where.

8. Today, Tony Irons from the SF Public Utilities Commission was trying to make sense during the present at the Special Meeting and made a fool of himself. His cohort Barbara Hale - who is not an Engineer - does have a BA is some drab subject - tried to speak a couple of times - and shoved her dirty foot in her mouth.

9. Susan Leal the strong Berber woman was busy contacting Security too many people came to the meeting and wanted to protest, say something, and were kept for hours - while idiots were trying to fathom and less explain - the project that was not going - anywhere. Such meetings held before - far from educating, spreading light, reveal the moronic policies of the SFPUC under Susan Leal and her cronies - standing our Tony Irons who is an Architect by profession but could be a dog catcher.

10. The California Independent Systems Operators (CAISO) were invited but they too did not say much. They tried to say in very complicated ways that they will not make any decision for the SF Public Utilities Commission. The CAISO insists that they must vouch in some way - to make sure - San Francisco does not suffer power outages - which it does as things are now.

11. CAISO will give Mirant the money to run its old power plant - the Reliability Must Run is a Must - as San Francisco must work to bring on line projects to quench the thirst of the Energy users - as thousands of homes, units, and other facilities come on line. Of course Susan Leal does not understand this critical factor of sorts. Mirant get $18 million plus - just for farting around the power plant.

12. SF Public Utilities Commission is not clear on fiscal numbers - always telling lies. Thinks, it can shove nonsense down the throats of the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point folks.

Right now the SF Public Utilities Commission daily - bombards particulates, methane and other very foul smells - right in the middle of a residential area - in the Bayview by Phelps Street.

The Bay is polluted by half treated sewage. Now, add to this the proposed CTs and the dangerous particulates.

13. The proposed CTs are going to be placed next to the Metro East MUNI facility. Thousands of workers from the Transportation Industry and others near by - will be exposed to dangerous particulates - added to the million of vehicles that ply within a few hundred feet from the proposed Combustion Turbines (CTs) and the brand new Metro East MUNI facility.

14. Environmentalist have not spoken before - and only now has the Sierra Club and others come on board. Susan Leal wants to push for the CTs and does not want to admit she is stupid and ignorant to push for such a project in this day and age. The CTS must be got rid off. Susan Leal must admit she is an idiot.

15. San Francisco has a major brand new transmission line the Jefferson - Martin transmission line. Several smaller transmission inside the City that have been upgraded and new lines installed by Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E).

PG&E is getting out of the power plant business especially in Cities - because of liability.

It did own the Mirant power plant but sold it to Mirant years ago - Mirant is from Altanta and is in business because of Reliability Must Run (RMR) and the $18 million is gets to keep the power plant running from CAISO.

There are other factors that I could mention - but enough said of the SAD state of affairs.

CAISO has done the City and County of San Francisco a disservice and I did state that clearly today.

CAISO has no standards - is a mess - a non-profit that wheels and deals with the devil - itself.

For too long has CAISO bluffed the community - but now, we are standing up and will fight CAISO, the California Energy Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the SF Public Utilities Commission - all scum bags that do not have the interest of human beings at heart.
