(Oct 10) Monterey County Judge agrees with HOPE’s lawsuit and Halts Spraying Scheduled for tonight (Wednesday).

(Oct 9 10:pm) City of Santa Cruz votes to either join HOPE’s lawsuit or files separate action to stop spraying.

Santa Cruz City Council members Ed Porter, Tony Madrigal, Mike Rotkin and Mayor Emily Reilly voted to try to stop the aerial spraying.
