Planners set hearings on 4 residential projects

A plan to demolish a 1,165-square-foot home on San Anselmo Avenue and build a 2,322-square-foot home on the site will be heard by the San Anselmo Planning Commission this week.

The project, at 939 San Anselmo Ave., would include a 1,341-square-foot second story and a covered porch within 15 feet of the property line.

The commission will hold hearings on residential projects at 10 Foss Ave., 27 Millbrae Ave. and 160 Prospect Ave. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday at Town Hall at 525 San Anselmo Ave.

Hearings on three other projects - at 90 Melville Ave., 48 Raymond Ave. and 194 Scenic Ave. - have been continued until Oct. 15
