The Novato City Council will hear a revised design plan and cost estimate for improvement of the old City Hall building at 901 Sherman Ave. at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The meeting will take place in the Novato Unified School District board room at 1015 Seventh St.

Also on the agenda is an appeal of a lot line adjustment on the Costco project and a development proposal for two homes on a 7.4-acre parcel.
