Stop adjudicating Ed Jew's case in the Press and leading the pack gossip columnist

In the courts it must be proved that there was an "intent" by Ed Jew to stay fewer times in the house he has and shared with his father - or the more spacious home he share with his wife and daughter in Burlingame.

Having said that we have had Supervisors and State legislators from San Francisco that have served their constituency without staying in the district they represented - one of them is Carole Migden. And there are others too.

Ed Jew's family has been in San Francisco much longer then most of those that are throwing stones at him. His family has been here in San Francisco for over five generations. Kamala Harris, Dennis Herrera, Gavin Newsom and the few racist scum bags that are making a big issue about his connection to San Francisco and Ed Jew's home - cannot say that.

Ed Jew's Flower Shop in China Town has been there for over a 90 years. The family has run it. Now, Ed Jew run it. When you run a good flower shop - you start at 5 a.m. and are there until 8 p.m. if not longer.

Gavin Newsom is making a big deal because Ed Jew votes his mind and will not take orders from Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Aaron Peskin is mad because Ed Jew will not dance to his tune.

Where were most of these fools when for years Ed Jew fought for children, Public Schools, and fairness in the Public School. He spent thousands of man hours without any pay? I did not see the fools that are throwing stones at Ed Jew today?

Where were most of the critics when Ed Jew took on the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and saved the constituents money on rate hikes? The likes of Dennis Herrera, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom said nothing and were not involved at all.

Ed Jew is the flower business and spent long hours in China Town. Most of those that know him - understand this fact. From 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. That was his life. In between he did what he did - including the time he set aside to do his advocacy.

Steven Gruel, Ed Jew's attorney is a former Federal of Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent with a lot of experience. Let him handle the issue of the $40,000.

Bottom line this money was reported to the Ethics Commission as do the other supervisors that get money from Lennar BVHP LLC, and other entities that lobby.

Check the list from the Ethics Commission and read for yourself - the thousands that many Supervisor receive - all they do is report the amounts to the Ethics Commission within the required period that is called for.

And we do have some that do not report everything - and one of them is Sophie Maxwell - do we want to open a can of worms?

Steven Gruel has requested from the City Attorney information and the City Attorney has not given it to him under the Freedom of Information Act.

The public does not know this. The same with Aaron Peskin that initially had a lot to do about this case.

When the trial begins the corruption that prevails in City Hall will be exposed and no one will have to listen to gossip like the nonsense spewed by Matier and Ross.

Does Ed Jew have support - you bet he has. We are waiting for the right moment to fill the chambers and take on Mayor Gavin Newsom and those that think they get away with racist slurs, fabrication and lies.

Mayor Newsom should have resigned a long time ago. A Mayor sleeping with a City Employee who happened to be in best friend's wife.

There are other happenings that have taken place in Room 200 that the public does not know.

The Mayor had no home address when he ran for office at one time and gave an address on Lombard Street, a Motel as his address.

This was when he had a falling with the younger Getty and was to told to leave the Getty's home. Why is not the press talking about this fact? What type of address was that? An address for a roving gypsy?

Stop throwing stones and grow up folks and most of you that listen to gossip - really do not know the facts.

I know Steven Gruel the former FBI agent and Ed Jew's attorney and he has done his home work.

A also know Bill Fazio who is an attorney and representing Ed Jew and who has run against Kamala Harris.

And why did Kamala Harris pay Ed Jew to get Chinese, San Franciscans to vote for her. Now, suddenly she turns against Ed Jew?

Again, this matter must not be adjudicated in the Press but in the courts.

It was totally wrong for Mayor Gavin Newsom to make the moves he is making without any justification - linked to our City Charter that has been totally changed as soon as Mayor Willie L. Borwn Jr. took over in 1966.

Most folks have not read the City Charter - let alone have had the opportunity to read the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) correspondence in this case. The correspondence does not favor the City Attorney, Dennis Herrera and others that are not revealing the truth and using delaying tactics. Any judge will find out the truth and for sure Ed Jew will have his say. Then, let us leave it to the judge.

The Ethics Commission has said NOT one word against Ed Jew and the $40,000. Ed Jew reported the amount and that is the requirement.

No one can prove that the "intent" of Ed Jew was not to stay in his small house in the Avenues.

Those that voted for him know about the Burlingame House, his long hours at China Town in the flower shop. This matter was widely known before when Fiona Ma brought it up several times.

This is a Racist City and there is a pact among some crooks in City Hall to oust Ed Jew because he will not vote like the rest of the sheep and follow the dictates of Dictator, Aaron Peskin.

Time will tell - but do not think one for single second - we are not watching.

Mayor Gavin Newsom do not play with fire - you have no moral "compass".
