Last Thursday the U.S. Navy came out with a public statement that they have nothing to do with the operations of Lennar BVHP LLC.

Now, James Austin master minded getting a waiver from California Occupation Safety and Health Administration. A waiver linked to Asbestos removal, the so called Naturally Occurring Asbestos Serpentine Rock.

The rock is in fact Ultramaphic Serpentine Rock very dense and not found all over California. In San Francisco it is found at the Hunters Point Shipyard and more on Parcel A. At the Potrero Hill and a little vein at the Presidio of San Francisco.
