PG&E is launching a greenwashing campaign targeting the Latino community. Their invite-only launch event is at Limon restaurant (Valencia @ 16th) this Wed from 6-9 PM. Their invitation is 'non-transferable', and shockingly we didn't get an invitation. So we'll just wait outside. With gorilla suits and banners.
Wanna join the green guerrilla action?
PG&E has polluted Latino communities in the Bay View for 75 years and continues to pollute the Potrero Hill community each day. Their claims of helping the community with energy efficiency projects - are all funded by our tax dollars - not PG&E's pocket or kindness. We think the company's multi-million dollar PR campaign is aimed at preventing San Francisco from moving to renewable energy policies. Are you going to let them get away with this?
