Fred Blackwell a Black Man annointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom to foster corruption

by Francisco Da Costa
Some us will never learn how the Masta uses folks to do his evil work. Mayor Gavin Newsom is a racist and has now appointed Fred Blackwell from Oakland to do the devil work. In fact Fred Blackwell has been anointed to finish the evil work that has been initiated by Marcia Rosen (who resigned) but is still working behind the scenes. That is just how very corrupt people work. This is indeed a very Racist City - where some exploit other to do their dirty deeds.
Lennar BVHP LLC is out and with them came the resignation of Marcia Rosen the most corrupt official that worked for SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) a quasi-State agency that has targeted Blacks and minorities and has adversely impacted thousands in San Francisco.

SFRA works on blight, tax increment, eminent domain, equity gained from stealing land, and so on. It is the worst scandal going on all over California and the Nation.

SFRA has messed things up in the Mission Bay. Toxic soil - millions of tons of it have been buried and is being buried illegally because the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC) did not do its job.

The Regional Water Board was given authority over this pertinent issue and gave a waiver to Cattetus Corporation. Cattelus Corporation did what it does best - bluff the people and has buried tons of toxic soil under the brand new University of California San Francisco Campus.

Now imagine a place of health having under its foundation toxic soil in the thousands. Only in San Francisco and under Marcia Rosen and Mayor Gavin Newsom. His side kick Jesse Blout.

Marcia Rosen resigned because she is evil and lied so many times - that she could not cover her tracks.

Now, some jokers have chosen a Black Man who has no idea about the crookedness of the SF Redevelopment Agency and they will use him and throw him like a dirty rag - when the time comes.

Fred Blackwell comes from Oakland and it is kind of funny how Negroes from Oakland - find good job in San Francisco and two strike me - Nicole Franklin and now Fred Blackwell.

So what happened to all the smart African Americans from San Francisco?

Tomorrow, in Room 416 at 1:30 p.m. Mayor Gavin Newsom will announce and anoint this man - and history will be made at the SFRA but San Francisco will hang its head in shame. Time will tell.

The same man that was the brain behind the burying of millions of tons of toxic soil at Mission Bay is the head of the Environmental Issues at Parcel A on Hunters Point Shipyard. By mid September he will be history and so will over fifty (50) key Lennar BVHP LLC personnel.

SFRA will have a difficult time in any negotiations dealing with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Let me tell Fred Blackwell that and all those that are backing him up. Lennar BVHP LLC is out and any entity that comes in - will need a man who is decent and has a good track record. Working with Dwayne Jones is not that and those that made the choice - will be sorry soon.

The Mayor of San Francisco should know this and if he does not - read it for the first time.

Fred Blackwell could be a dog catcher but should not have anything to do with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency in San Francisco.

Just like I said a long time ago - nothing good comes from Dwayne Jones and Communities of Opportunity - another one from Oakland.
