Dr. Mollie Fry and her husband Dale Schafer have always been sincere in their desire to help sick and dying people gain access to medicinal cannabis. But there is no evidence that they ever sold the benign weed to anybody. The U.S. Government aims to put them away for up to 40 years.
Prosecutors also seek to prevent Mollie from writing any more medical marijuana recommendations.
