Lennar BVHP LLC and Toxic Mass Pollution in San Francisco's Bayview Hunters Point area
The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, Region IX, in San Francisco is being used as a ploy to make all the Toxic of Mass Pollution in the Bayview Hunters Point area and more precisely Parcel A that comes under the jurisdiction of Lennar BVHP LLC go away. We all remember 9/11 and the EPA, the Katrina fiasco and FEMA, we remember the Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq - no where to be found - we remember the deceit and the lies reaching up to the White House and the scum bags that dwell there to this day - while innocent people suffer.
San Francisco is a Racist City and this factor is all the more evident with the issues and horrific stories involving children, Elders, and Toxic Mass Pollution on Parcel A at Bayview Hunters Point in San Francisco.
This, the result of blatant defiance by Lennar BVHP LLC in cooperation of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC), the San Francisco Health Department (SFHD), Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), the Agency for Toxic Substances And Disease Registry (ATSDR), California and Federal Occupation Safety Health Administration (OSHA), and many more doing NOTHING and looking the other way.
Lennar BVHP LLC came into the community buying political power and using millions of dollars of tainted blood money. Lennar BVHP LLC bought Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr., Mayor Gavin Newsom, the majority of the SF Board of Supervisors, local Black thugs and that includes some Black men that are pastors of Churches, corrupt officials and cronies - most of them black and on the take.
Never mind - that Lennar BVHP LLC signed the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) a legal document that spells out the details of how most everything important was to be conducted on Parcel A - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Never mind the Dust Mitigation Plan that has not been followed.
Currently, over 1600 homes are slated to be build on and around very toxic sites on Parcel A. No one is considering Cumulate Pollution on a Superfund Site, one of the ten worst in the Nation - and a fact that defies common sense and simple logic.
The SF Department of Health had in place Article 31 that spells out in detail - many of the important factors that explain about pollution, dust mitigation, and so on. Lennar BVHP LLC chose to look the other way because it bought Dr. Mitch Katz a scum bag, Dr. Rajiv Bhatia who talks from both sides of his mouth, Amy Brownell who has lied again and again and who should be fired from her job - all working for the SF Health Department.
San Francisco has an Ordinance - a law - it is called the Precautionary Principle. No one is standing for it, not the Mayor of San Francisco who has NOT read it - because if he did - he would stand for it. Not, the Department of Environment who permitted over 400 mature trees to be cut on Parcel A and has NOT one word about the Dust and Asbestos pollution going on for years.
The lives of children, the Elders, thousands of others have been adversely affected and put in harms way.
Lennar BVHP LLC has been issued numerous Notices of Violation (NOVs) but continues to defy the norms, the standards, the rules, the DDA, Article 31 - they just do as they please.
This nonsense, could not take place anywhere in the United States but only in San Francisco. The reason being that San Francisco is a Racist City - very sophisticated in its blatant Racism.
Those affected are poor and most of them minority races. The Bayview Hunters Point is not seen on the tourist maps - and this fact says it all. The crooks want to push the poor out and start de-population and rampant gentrification of the people.
Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi is instructing State and Federal agencies to do the wrong thing.
She is related to Mayor Gavin Newsom - who has again and again done nothing to help the poor and the innocent on Parcel A.
All these years of exposure to toxic dust and Asbestos dust and NOT one single child or adult has been tested for lead, mercury, antimonies, PCBs, other radiological elements, and so on.
We understand it takes 10 to 20 years for Asbestos to affect and slowly kill anyone - but must we wait so long to test - when we know of the other elements and factors that kill slowly like lead, mercury, plumes of methane gas, PCBs, and so on.
The area, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, after all was a Superfund Site and the worst type of radiological experiments were conducted on this site.
One has just to read the Final Historical Radiological Report to fully understand the contamination andt the so called experts say is that the tip of the iceberg.
Now, agencies such as the Agency for Toxic Substances And Disease Registry that has no clout have been invited by the scum bags - the Mayor of San Francisco, Mayor Gavin Newsom, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce, Jesse Blout, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (who is behind all this nonsense), the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and one Fred Blackwell, the scum bags within Lennar BVHP LLC and one weasel Kofi Bonner, and others too many to mention. These crooks having been working with Sophie Maxwell and others to do damage control.
No one can fool all of the people - all the time.
This matter of Lennar BVHP LLC with intent poising the children, the Elders, other innocent constituents who pay taxes and get nothing in return - will not go away.
We have gone before the Land Use and won, before the SF Redevelopment Agency and won, we went before the Board of Supervisors and lost 5 to 6. We will not go away.
Lennar BVHP LLC is pumping blood money to make their project stick but as the days go by - we say Lennar BVHP LLC is failing and we hear and see people jumping ship and utter confusion in its ranks.

Thousands of innocent people all over this Nation have been taken for a ride by deals made with Lennar Corporation.
Homes that are built on toxic land, homes that are polluted, homes that are built in an inferior manner, home owners intimidated and treated like toxic dirt, and the list goes on and on.
The White House, the Representatives from Congress and the Senate want an all out war in the Bayview Hunters Point - those old enough, remember the 1960's and how the tanks rolled in on 3rd Street and by the Opera House. Well, you are asking for it. Or as some say history repeats itself.

No one trusts Lennar BVHP LLC because Lennar stinks to high heaven. Anything, Lennar Corporation touches stinks - they, Lennar, may not think so but the fact of the matter is - it does.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is using his connection with Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi who has used her influence to stop State and Federal Regulatory Agencies from doing their duty. Time for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other Law Enforcement to be called in.
