Memorials for Cyclist Elena Castaneda Visited by Family & Friends
The day after Elena Castaneda was tragically killed by a truck in West Oakland, family and friends payed tribute at the memorials set up by local residents and witnesses to the accident.
Local residents reported that the memorials created for Elena Castaneda were visited by her father and friends on August 10th, the day after she passed. The memorials have grown with extra tributes items such as photos of Elena, stuffed animals, and many more flowers..
