Injustice to my daughter

My daughter Ms.Anuradha kannan was married to Mr.Rajinikanth of Oracle US Corp.and lived in Sunny vale and then in Belmont from March 2005 to April 2006.When she developed breathing uneasiness in March 2006mshe was treated in Sequoia Hospital.Later on the pretext of improvement of health and rest she was sent back to India all alone in April 2006,just 10 days after discharge from ICU.Once she was here her husband came to India and filed a divorce petition on the basis of discharge summary by the hospital branding her as CF.(All these things were known to us only thro the divorce notice only)But when we submitted the previous papers to the hospital they admitted they have not confirmed the CF and her medical status was only Bronchiectasis.( A separate complaint is preferred with Medical Board of California already)Moreover they have done the altitude simulation test for her flight worthiness and warned her husband not to send her on flight.suppressing all these things Mr.rajinikanth simply forced her to go back to India all alone.His motive was to let her DIE on flight.Once this didnot happen he came to India and harassed her divorce case and she died of frustration and chicken pox.When she and myself complained to Belmont Police They do not take up the case due to want of bvidence,Now her husband claims the insurace money on her life,So it itself is clear evidence for the motive.My daughter being orthodox simply obeyed her husband and she could not do anything more as she was on dependent visa.Please tell me the appeal provisions and legal options available to take action on Mr.Rajinikanth,Visa Details: H1B visa valid till Nov 24,2006.Forged someone else' document and substituted the same as his own and defrauded.
Green card status: Labor cleared but has a query on his educational qualification.
