Rosenthal witnesses set free!
Bevin still has the opportunity to try and press criminal contempt or conspiracy
charges against us, and indicated that he has not yet made up his mind. So, more
worried waiting over here! But, still, it is nice to be free right now!

Hi All,
The Rosenthal case in in the midst of the final day, and there is great news from
the "recalcitrant witnesses." If you followed the posting from Friday, all six of
the governments remaining witnesses refused to testify, and were found to be in
civil contempt. The judge sent us home and allowed us to return this morning, when
we could have waived this ruling by choosing to testify. A last witness, making us
seven, gave a great speech to the court, and was found in contempt as well.
The judge then called us all seven up to the front, asked if we had changed our mind
about testifying. None of us had, and in a move that made our heads spin, Judge
Breyer pronounced us "excused." No room for comment from anyone, not the feds, not
our attorneys, and basically, we all got out of their fast!
Bevin still has the opportunity to try and press criminal contempt or conspiracy
charges against us, and indicated that he has not yet made up his mind. So, more

Thanks for all your kind words everyone! See you later, Debby
