National Treason Letter

Name: Date:
Title:
Street address:
City, State, Zip Code:

Under the authority of natural personhood, rule of justice, the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States of America this National Treason Letter is addressed to you. The purpose of this letter is to notify and educate you, absent of any intent or potential of causing fear, of the following citations:

The Legal definition of Treason is “A breach of allegiance to one’s government, usually committed through levying war against such government or by giving aid or comfort to the enemy. The offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance; or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power. Treason consists of two elements: adherence to the enemy, and rendering him aid and comfort. Cramer v. U.S., U.S.N.Y., 325 U.S. I, 65 S. Ct. 918, 9327 89 L.Ed. 1441. See 18 U.S.C.A. § 2381. A person can be convicted of treason only on the testimony of two witnesses, or confession in open court. Art. III, Sec. 3, U.S. Constitution. Every act, movement, deed, and word of the defendant charged to constitute treason must be supported by the testimony of two witnesses. Art III Sec. 3: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No person shall be convicted to Treason unless on the Testimony of two witnesses to the same overt Act, or on confession in open Court.”

“The crime of treason requires traitorous intent. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right of all Americans to advocate the violent overthrow of their government unless such advocacy is directed toward inciting imminent lawless action and is likely to produce it (Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444, 89 S. Ct. 1827, 23 L. Ed. 2d 430 [1969]). A person need not be a U.S. citizen to commit treason under the Constitution. Those persons (corporations, agents, or partners) executing allegiance to alien entities, foreign powers, international corporate organizations and who create acts that repetitiously intend to weaken the U.S. Constitution (General Welfare), subvert individual Liberty, violate individual Reserved Rights, or undermine the Sovereignty of a state, or the authorities of a rightful jurisdiction can be prosecuted for treason and/or sedition during time of “war.” To conspire and/or to make false war or falsely justified attack on a sovereign state or nation can by likewise prosecuted for treason and/or sedition. Conspire for hidden benefit is meant to include intentionally enabling propaganda, misinformation, disinformation, public deception, arbitrary legislation or rule making that results in violations of Liberty and subversion of Rights, and concealing information likely to provide an opportunity of self-defense. In law, treason is the crime of disloyalty to one’s nation or state. Sedition remains a crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2384 (1948), a federal statute that punishes seditious conspiracy. A U.S. court, e.g. Judge Mukasey presiding, January 17, 1996, convicted a defendant for ‘providing religious encouragement to his coconspirators,’ by following the rules of his religion. A state of war exists when the Congress of the United States signs and seals a “declaration of war.”
