The Main Media as usual plays to the tune of those that grease their palms. Lennar keep greasing palms and we know who they are.

Hunters Point is a SUPERFUND SITE and few know what that exactly means. Most folks that work very hard - do not have time to attend meetings and read the lengthy documents to be really educated on issues.

There are thousands of pages to be read - documents like the Disposition and Development document that Lennar BVHP LLC is not following.

Other lengthy documents like the Final Historical Radiological Study that gives one a glimpse of what is really going on all over Hunters Point - you can find this document in the Main Library in San Francisco.

So many Environmental Studies - all available at the Main Library in San Francisco by Grove Street at Eight and Market.

The San Francisco Health Department is working with Lennar and against the constituents of San Francisco.

For every 50 cubic feet of earth moved at the Hunters Point Shipyard and on Parcel A which comes under the jurisdiction of the City and County of San Francisco - the SF Health Department (SFHD) get money paid.

Ever hear of such nonsense before?

Amy Brownell from the SF Health Department has been working with crooks for a long time.

She is not from the community and if the facts we have on her are correct - she must go.

She testified before the SF Health Commissioners during the Disposition and Development Progress and lied. I was present and so were many other experts and decent citizens.

Amy Brownell and Dr. Rajiv Bhatia have NOT been sincere with the exact reading of elevated Asbestos particles on Parcel A.

In recent months many times ( from private readings) we have found out the project on Parcel A should have been shut down. Notice of Violations (NOV) should have been issued to Lennar BVHP LLC. The SF Health Department has failed in its mission.

The SF Health Department has with intent adversely impacted thousands of innocent people living in and around Kiska Road.

The Nation of Islam has been very patient with Lennar BVHP LLC and the City and County of San Francisco. The SF Redevelopment Agency and the SF Redevelopment Commission.

In the case of the Nation of Islam the young children at the Muhammad University under the leadership of Brother Leon Muhammad were put in harm way - again, and again, and again. This crime calls for justice and Lennar BVHP LLC is responsible for this very serious crime.

There are some Black sellouts that have no idea about Cumulative Pollution. These Black sellouts have blood on their hands. Many have taken money and they should give it back.

We know Board of Supervisors - Sophie Maxwell and Aaron Peskin have taken money. They should give it back.

Nothing good will happen at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. There once were two Sacred Shellmounds. These Shellmounds were desecrated by the Navy. The Muwekma Ohlone exercised their Right of First Refusal and we will deal with the Navy and Lennar at the appropriate time.

A Sovereign Nation against a corrupt entity. SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) you are put on notice. Especially Marsha Rosen the more inept and corrupt person working for SFRA.

Lennar BVHP LLC has amended its Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). Affordable housing once touted by Lennar BVHP LLC is now gone. Soon, Lennar BVHP LLC will have to fold up and leave.

The sooner Lennar BVHP LLC leaves Hunters Point the better. We are fed up of crooks and some Black sellouts.

Lennar has failed and has with intent adversely impacted thousands of innocent people. It is time some Law Firm take on Lennar BVHP LLC and take them to the cleaners.

Right now their Stock and Shares are down seventy three (73%).

Lennar BVHP LLC thought it could have its way buying people left, right, and center - wrong.

We are well organized and will take this battle to the highest level and win. One battle at a time.

We gathered 33,200 to stop SF Redevelopment in its tracks.

We can stop Lennar BVHP LLC and drive them out of our community. And with Lennar all those that are in bed with them.

No one can fool - all the people all the time.
