homemade beverages that rock
BANINI: -- Bananas, tahini, rice milk. Blend.
(my friend Daniel adds a little maple syrup)
LEMONADES: (please use only real, fresh lemons)
-- The Elegant One -- the juice of one lemon, in a wine glass, a teaspoon or so of pomegranate molasses, and filtered water
-- The Fiery One -- the juice of one lemon, an equal volume of maple syrup, 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of fresh cayenne pepper and 6-9 ounces of filtered water
TONIC: (for fast hydration, and wellness)
-- 1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon honey, a small pinch of sea salt, add then a full glass of filtered water.
(this makes a great 'well' drink -- i stand at the faucet sometimes, taking sips of strong-er tonic and diluting the glass further after each, until it is just right to sit down with a full glass)
TEA: -- (usually the leaves and buds of) camellia sinensis, steeped in hot water.
oolongs, greens, blacks, whites. they are all lovely. loose-leaf tea is special -- tea bags are a meager substitute.
(used leaves make great potted garden mulch)
enjoy if you try namaste douglas

Herbicides, pesticides, pharmacutical mind altering drugs, tap water all contain fluoride. Fluoride is used against the populations to reduce their capacity to experience one's Higher Self, thus creating a situation where the masses are willingly enslaving themselves to someone else's lust for negative power.
There are things about fluoride that every mother and father should know. http://www.google.ca/search?q=fluoride+nazi&btnG=Search&hl=en&gbv=2

The Bush Family's War Profiteering

Help Ressurect DanceSafe.org for all our kids!
DanceSafe.org needs our help. It stopped functioning as a free resource in 2005. With all the reports of kids partying and ODing, this sort of service is essential. We know the Feds won't fund it, so the responsibility falls to concerned parents. Our kids don't have the money for these programs; they're probably saving up for drugs.
http://www.dancesafe.org/support
Just give ten bucks. If we all do, it will make a huge difference.

The Crown is responsible for manufacturing negativity on this planet and they have become dangerously parasitic even openly revealing their plans.
"A British government Ministry of Defence report outlines a nightmare future society in which the population are forced to accept brain chips, immigration and urbanization ravages communities, class warfare ensues, and biological and neutron weapons are used to combat overpopulation.".
http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/april2007/090407bioweapons.htm
The Canadian government's activities directly implicate some of the most "admired" and "treasured" Canadian political people. Does our system openly allow treason for a self-selected group of greedy power mongers?

Myths of Biofuels Presentation, April 10, 2007
On Tuesday, April 10, 2007, please join co-sponsors The San Francisco Green Party Sustainability Committee, San Francisco Post Carbon, and San Francisco Oil Awareness for a presentation by David Fridley entitled "The Myths of Biofuels." Please forward the attached pdf flyer to anyone you know who might be interested in this very important and timely presentation.
The presentation will address the following questions (and more):
What is the energy return for biofuels vs. the energy used to produce them?
What is the environmental impact of biofuels production?
Do biofuels have a future?
Are biofuels a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels?

4/11: Protest 9/11 City Hall on Polk Street at 10am
On the 11th day of every month, stand for truth! http://truthaction.org
On the 11th of every month thousands of people across the nation have been protesting the lies of 9/11. We have been demanding a new investigation and have been making ourselves very visible. On 4/11 we will be meeting in front of City Hall on Polk Street at 10am. Our protest will start there, then the federal building and KRON news station. We have "9/11 truth now" signs if you dont have any.
This month we ask, if you can, to wear a black bandana over your mouth with the words "Let Sibel Speak" on the bandana. If you dont know who Sibel Edmonds is, look her up at
http://www.justacitizen.org She is an FBI whistleblower who has the biggest gag order placed on her thanks to John Ashcroft. We are demanding that she be allowed to speak concerning the information she knows pre/post 9/11.
Regardless of what YOU personally believe about the attacks, most come to the conclusion that there needs to be a new investigation, including a few 9/11 commission members themselves.

Café Gratitude and Barefoot Boogie! 4-11 7:30 PM Location: City Dance Studio
Café Gratitude is more than a restaurant?it?s becoming a way of life for many people in the Bay area. Freestyle dancing has been a ?movement? of its own for many years now, providing an outlet for people in search of creative expression, community, and exercise without having to put up with the drugs, alcohol, loud volume and late hours of the rave and club scene. Now we get to put the two together!
Join the founders of Café Gratitude, Matthew and Terces Engelhart, at Barefoot Boogie on Wednesday, April 11. From 7:30 to 8pm, Matthew and Terces will talk a bit about their lives and how they got where they are today, what motivates and inspires them, and will lead us through a ?gratitude exercise? to motivate and inspire us! Then A+ (aka Adamah), the founder of Gratitude Nights, a monthly dance-art-community benefit celebration, will deejay a funky, deep, and juicy mix of music for freestyle dancing.
Barefoot Boogie happens every Wednesday, 7:30-10:30 pm, at City Dance Studio, 32 Otis Street, between Mission and Market, 12th St and Division, entrance up Brady onto Colton with a private parking lot. Admission is $8-10 sliding scale; first-timers are just $5. For more info, check sfbarefootboogie.com or call 415-820-1452. Dance shoes are welcome; no scents, please.

Open House: Learn How To Help Create Black Rock City
Green House: Find Out How to Green the Burn and the World
Beach House: Inaugurate the New Ocean Beach Burn Platforms
Saturday April 14, 11AM to 4PM
Burning Man Headquarters – 1900 3rd St. @ 16th, SF
Then off to Ocean Beach for the 5PM Fire
Free, of course! Leave no trace.
In celebration of this year’s theme “the Green Man”, our annual Burning Man Open House and Volunteer Recruitment Day will feature a major Green House theme to help you green your burn!
As in prior years, this is your chance to meet the coordinators of our City, and learn how you can become one of the 3,000+ volunteers that create it. This year, we’re adding a complete green fair, with eco-fashion show, alternative energy demonstrations and presentations, a trashion workshop, solar cooking, green art, and a whole lot more! Even our annual pot luck and BBQ social will be earth-friendly. It all began at the beach, so after the event, we’ll all head to Ocean Beach to fire up the new burn platforms!!
Plan to spend the entire day at BMHQ, because like the playa, there will be a lot going on! Here’s just a sampling:
11AM-12PM
How to be a green burner - eco-workshops, presentations, and demonstrations on the solar powered stage plus green vehicles, eco-carnival, solar ovens, biodiesel distillation, grey water works, green art and the Solar Death Ray 2000!
12-3PM
Volunteer resource tables open – meet the volunteer coordinators from over 20 departments that organize our creative chaos into our city. Ask them anything, like how their department is going green. From Greeters to Artery to DPW to Rangers to Playa Info to DMV to the Geek Squad, we fuel our city on participation. WE need YOU to be part of WE to make the dream real! You’ll never be the same…
Solar Stage - Biofuels presentations, Green Man Puppet Performance, Inconvenient Truth Talk, the Tri-clops Monstrosity Band, and more!
Green pot luck – eat lunch earth-friendly: BYO reusable or composting cups, plates, and utensils, along with organic food to share.
Ongoing green demonstrations indoors and out - Check out the Trashion Bee, the Friends of Black Rock, green lighting and videos, displays on how to be green, the National LNT traveling trainers – even a hydrogen-fueled rocket! Bring old sheets, socks, pants, sweaters, shirts and swatches to create a MOOP bag or playa outfit at the Bee.
3PM
Eco-fashion show – get your trashion on the stage, or be trashy paparazzi!!!
4PM
Leave no trace at BMHQ and cruise to the 5PM burn platform inauguration @ Ocean Beach to light something up! We’ve been trusted with this beach so treat it like the playa. Since the Park Service is running this show and even bringing the wood, please leave alcohol/glass behind and enjoy the fire!
April 14th is a day of climate change events across the country, so don't be a spectator - become a participant! Simply put: alcohol and nudity are allowed on Baker Beach. Fire on Ocean Beach. Glass on neither.
Here are the NAZI rules that tend to prevent social assembly or public use of public lands:
http://www.nps.gov/goga/parkmgmt/firemanagement_currentfireinformation.htm
With such restrictions, the masses are not allowed to gather or organize. Heil Bush Crime Family!
Some rules protect the environment. Others, like limiting groups to 25 people, are fascist.
All NPS high officials now have to undergo Bush Regime political litmus tests to get hired, as of 2006.

That is the law on all federal lands, would you believe... 25 people! Unless you pay $ FASCISM

Optional Action 2pm caravan North on 101, circle Hummer Dealership, San Rafael
Calling all Plug-ins, Hybrids, Biodiesels, Bikes & Feet! Step It Up SF07:Lighten Up Your Ride is a day of climate action and info focused on reducing carbon emissions from transportation. Lighten Up Your Ride is one of more than 800 events around the country supporting a national call on Congress to reduce carbon emissions 80% by 2050, through the Step It Up 2007 campaign.
Working Assets and Mainstreet Moms are hosting the San Francisco event, which includes an optional parade north on 101 to circle the Hummer dealership in San Rafael. The event is part car rally, part expo, and part action fair, featuring a demo of 100% electric cars, plug-in hybrids, diesel buses, and news from the bike coalitions. We will educate attendees on how to reduce their carbon footprints, and provide on-site letter-writing actions supporting 80% carbon emissions reductions by 2050.
We want car owners to join us and share the extraordinary technology that goes into supporting carbon reduction vehicles. Whether you have a biodiesel car and story to share, or you have a guzzler but want to know what's next, this gathering is for you. The no carbon foot print bicyclists from across the city will also be joining us to show their support for reducing carbon.
At the event, local environmental groups and other organizations will have information about their organizations and the work they are doing to help fight climate change.
The message of April 14th to Congress is that we are doing our part to reduce carbon emissions. Now it is your turn.
Action
Lighten Up Your Ride invites all attendees to join the 2pm rally heading north up 101 to surround the Hummer dealership in San Rafael with clean cars, and a picket line of polar bears. (Polar Bear masks and "Hey Hummers: How Much Can a Polar Bear?" posters provided on site.) Press: Polar Bears In Clean Cars Picket the Hummer. Photo op: Polar Bears standoff with rented Hummer.

Vegan Sunday Brunch in SF
Even in this herbivorous bastion of a city, weekend vegan brunch options are scant. San Francisco now has at least one new generous offering. Starting, Sunday, April 15, Peña Pachamama (1630 Powell Street, between Union and Green) will be hosting a vegan Sunday brunch, to be prepared and served in the style of Dim Sum. Vegetables grains beans fruits nuts oils -- these are stars of the event. The last three Sundays in April shall be the trial run -- with many more to follow with sufficient demand.
The food is fresh, organic, spicy, bold, delicious and simple. It is peasant food -- of, by, and for the people -- like Grandma would make, if Grandma was vegan. How do I know so much about this food, if vegan brunches don't begin at the Peña until April 15th? I am the chef.

It's amazing this is still on the market like aspartame which
incidentally also caused mammary tumors in original studies.
RBST increases the insulin growth factor which is the regulator of
cancer. There is a reason for IGF. When a baby nurses at its
mother's breast it has to double its size. When an adult drinks milk
it causes large cell replication which equals cancer. Then Monsanto
comes along and genetically engineered the bovine growth hormone
which increases IGF. It's like pouring gasoline on fire.
If anyone uses dairy they better be sure its organic.
