Stop the War Shipments! Port Money for Schools and Social Services!

Rally April 7th at 11 am
Port of Oakland Headquarters
530 Water Street, Oakland (foot of Washington St. at Jack London Square)

Supplies for the military ship from the Port of Oakland every day. The Port and its maritime tenants are war profiteers and pay not one cent for Oakland Schools or Alameda County social services. Yet the Port does $33 billion in business a year.

April 7th is the four year anniversary of the Oakland police attack against anti-war protesters at the Port.

Bring the troops home now and give them the care they need!

Save the date: May 19th for action at the Port.

See attached PDF flyer and distribute widely.

Unity is strenght. We sing and pray you will be victory to the peoples everwhere. The loudest cheers ever in the world have been with the liberation forces shutting down the war machine. The world is looking to celebrate again and hear a believable cheering. This movement needs to be supported by the entire organized labour movement for it contains the seeds of our freedom and independance now.
