Navy shaft Mayor Gavin Newsom early transfer by Navy is no option without cleanup

Mayor Gavin Newsom is not doing his home work and placing his moves and trust in the hands of very corrupt forces like Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein- representatives that have done injustice to many constituents linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Years ago, when Proposition P mandated all of the Hunters Point Shipyard to be cleaned to high standards - residential standards on most of the parcels.

So far, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has conveyed Parcel A to the SF City and County of San Francisco.

Parcel A was then put under the jurisdiction of the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) who is turn with the blessing of the SF Board of Supervisor (BOS) - gave Lennar Corp. the permission to be the lead developer.

Lennar Corp. is corrupt and known to have connection with dangerous cartels and a dirty track record building homes on toxic hot spots and putting thousands in harms way - it has done this in Florida, New Mexico, Sacramento and now wants to do the same right here at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard the worst type of radiological experiments took place.

Parcels B, C, D, and E are all polluted. Parcel E is very polluted and to do the clean of of only Parcel E will take $2 billion.

There is also Parcel F which is the polluted Bay waters surround the Naval Shipyard. The rest of the Shipyard besides Parcel E will take another $1 Billion.

Our City and County of San Francisco does not have that kind of money.

What Mayor Gavin Newsom wants to do is try to do the Early Transfer and give it to Lennar Corp. who has the worst track record when it comes to understanding clean up - loves to build homes on toxic sites.

Lennar Corp. is into Land Banking and uses this ploy and tactic to enter into agreements with many military bases - building homes on toxic land with little or no clean up.

Lennar Corp. mistook when it enter the field to build 1800 homes on Parcel A. It underestimated the advocates who have taken them on - Espanola Jackson, Francisco Da Costa, Ahimsa Sumchai, Willie Ratcliff, Lynne Brown, others too many to mention.

So far, not a single time line has been attained by Lennar Corp. Check the time line and the facts.

In the middle of the game Lennar Corp. wanted to pull out - but the City cowed down and permitted Lennar Corp. to amend the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) - something never, ever heard of in recent history.

The City and County of San Francisco has bent backwards to sleep with Lennar Corp. and adversely impacted hundreds to whom Lennar. Corp and the City made false promises. Lennar Corp lies, our Mayor lies, the cronies lie - the PEOPLE suffer.

Filthy rich folks will NOT help poor people and filthy rich people do not care for poor people. This is true more in San Francisco - a very liberal City but a very, very, very, racist city.

This amendment to the DDA and Parcel A is a slap on the face of this City and adversely impacts thousands of innocent constituents of San Francisco.

Of course Mayor Gavin Newsom and his advisers Jessie Blout, Michael Cohen, City Attorney Dennis Herrera, and his supporters like Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein do not care for poor people - more people of color.

They will back any deal where they stand to make money. This mafia tactic has worked else where but will not work on Parcel A and the surrounding area.

Hunters Point is not the Presidio of San Francisco. In the case of the Presidio - Congress agreed to appropriate $200 million so that the Presidio Trust could do the clean up. The Presidio Trust has run out of money. The Corps of Engineer are happy they do not have to deal with the Presidio Trust. Few known about the truth and clean up at the Presidio of San Francisco as with the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

There are huge batteries underground and larger then 3 large football fields - one named Battery Caufield and the other Battery Wagner that will take $300 million to clean up at the Presidio of San Francisco.

These Batteries are on the Presidio and few understand the magnitude of the clean up of these batteries.

One contaminated by atomic waste and the other by bacteria - experiments conducted by the Army when Sixth Army and Presidio of San Francisco had jurisdiction of the the Presidio of San Francisco.

There has not been one single extensive report on the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard linked to radiological reports. Classified information is not being released - it has been seen by those having Top Secret Clearance.

One recent report which is about two years old is - the Final Historical Radiological Report that gives one some idea about the vast areas contaminated at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. One can get this report from the Main SF Library and from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

However, even today this report will be expanded as more information is added from data collected from sites and parcels all over Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Lennar Corp. have no qualms demolishing Alice Griffith that is Public Housing and adversely impacting low income and no income constituents.

Doing the same at Oakdale Public Housing and the same up at Hunters Point in and around Middle Point and Kiska Road. These scum bags do not care about people they care about money.

The mostly White Main Media is biased.

For years they have not done any investigative reporting. They have failed to attend meetings linked to the Restoration Advisory Board, the Citizens Advisory Board linked to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. They talk to a few people here and there and write stupid articles. This issue is about human lives and thousands have died - and thousands more will die - because of Cumulative Pollution.

The Main Media has failed to do an investigative reporting on the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee. Has failed to do investigative reporting and write about SF Redevelopment Agency and its on going corruption.

I can go on and on but it will do no good.

IndyMedia has been good to some of us. And so has KPOO radio - helped us expose crooks that have blood on their hands and have worked with corrupt forces and Black sellouts such as Willie B. Kennedy, Sophie Maxwell, Doris Vincent, Olin Webb, Jessie Mason, Saul Bloom aka David Saleman, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, and so on.

Kofi Bonner, Lennar Corps head huncho, the weasel, has chosen to take a lead and challenge us advocates and he knows that he will lose. No good will come from Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Simply because the land known as Parcel A, B, C, D, E, and F all belong to the Ohlone.

The land was stolen from the Ohlone and Shellmound (sacred burial sites) desecrated.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a SUPERFUND Site.

It is also the largest area of land available in San Francisco. The corrupt forces to be - with links to especially Nancy Pelosi have evil designs. Gavin Newsom is part of the clique.

Again, the Navy is well known to do its home work.

The Navy has been appraised of the evil designs. The Federal Bureau of Investigation with its new Director will be appraised. We are looking forward to 60 Minutes to do a good job and tell the truth.
