Who Ever Heard of Too Much Vinegar

by Sierra Sherpa
gyno poem.
Who ever heard of too much vinegar?

With the advancement of technology
I went to see the office of gynecology
And the Dr there with long legs and straight brown hair
Had a monitor set up and a camera
She honored me by allowing me to see
What she can see in me
That until then was only her vision
While I layed there she peered at my cervix
And dabbed it with a vinegar sponge
I could see the swirl of it tracing
A cool bitterness
I could smell the vinegar so
Strongly that I almost thought it was on my very breath
The Dr there with the long straight brown hair
Asked me if I could see everything
And I said
I can see everything
She told me each motion she would make and where she placing
Her sponge next on my cervix
There was the opening
The little one eye that matches my husband’s one eye
And it winked at me and teared a little blood
When it was touched softly with the cotton swab
And I thought about salad dressing as
The black light was shown on my cervix
And I could see little green discolorations.
She said “well ….everything looks good.
Nothing abnormal here.”
And I knew I would never buy cheap vinegar again.
