... met at the San Francisco county pot-card booth on 28 February 2007. The Procrastinators Club often fails to get a quorum at meetings.
But not on the last day of February 2007, at San Francisco General Hospital. Dozens of people tried to apply for California state medical-cannabis ID cards, on the last day of reasonably-priced cards. The small pot-card booth, in the hospital lobby, was over-whelmed.
