On Friday February 16, 2007 the City of Fresno removed trash from a homeless encampment at H and San Benito street in downtown Fresno. The video below shows Public Information Officer Rhonda Jorn explaining the new city policy. The City of Fresno was directed, by a federal court, to stop taking and immediately destroying homeless people’s property.
