Berkeley: Anti-War Rally

Bring large clear signs and show the world we want the troops out of Iraq. Show the traffic going by on Bancroft and Telegraph. End the war and occupation of Iraq. End the Bush regime's careless invasion of other nations. Impeach the Bush regime for war crimes. 650,000 dead in Iraq! This is criminal war which as destroyed much civilian infrastructure and escalates the violence. Billions of dollars funnelled off by the corrupt. No more wars for oil. End racism. End the slaughter of innocents in the Middle East. Take the bus. Ride a bike. Plant a tree. Grow food in the city. Why do so many cars have three empty seats? This is America's wasteful energy policy, which drives the war and oil industry profiteering. With catastrophic global warming upon us, we must end our oil/auto/energy/consumerism addictions.
