South Bay | Anti-WarSkate Against Torture
South Bay Mobilization sponsors a Skate Against Torture at the Holiday Ice Rink on New Years Day in downtown San Jose. Co-sponsors: Friday Peace Vigil, Act Against Torture, Amnesty International Group 35, South Bay National Lawyers Guild Jeppesen International Trip Planning, a Boeing subsidiary with an office at 225 West Santa Clara Street, San Jose, has been complicit in the illegal CIA torture flights, including handling the logistics for the plane used to transport German citizen Khaled El-Masri and others. Jeppesen is a sponsor of the downtown San Jose Holiday Ice Rink and has a banner hanging at the rink.
So South Bay Mobilization sponsored a "skate against torure".
