Early on January 6, 2007 (just two days after the new Congress convenes), volunteers from the BEACH IMPEACH PROJECT
will outline the message
I M P E A C H !
in 100-foot letters stretching 450 feet across the sand
at Ocean Beach in San Francisco, CA
• At 10:30 a.m. 1,200 attendees (number permitted by Park Service) will arrive and lay their bodies down inside the lettering.
• At 11 a.m. a HELICOPTER WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS ONBOARD will arrive overhead to capture pictures of the message/bodies, with the San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge as a backdrop.
The next day’s Sunday papers will have a strong message from the People and great visuals for their stories about the new Congress and the current political atmosphere (FROM NANCY PELOSI'S OWN BACK YARD).
