Solidarity Action - this Saturday and Sunday. The homeless and their advocates filed a lawsuit in Fresno today to stop the city from violating their constitutional rights. See the story and photos from the Press Conference here: http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2006/10/17/18321050.php There will be a hearing before a judge Wenger on Thursday, October 19 at 10 AM at the new Federal building/courthouse at 2500 Tulare Street in downtown Fresno. The hearing will be on the 7th floor in room 3. The public is invited.
