An update from Sparky’s lawyers:

Sparky NEEDS to show support to the judge by having friends, business
associates and members of the community present in the courtroom during
tomorrow morning’s hearing. This is a detention hearing which will
decide whether Sparky is able to post bail or not. He ABSOLUTELY NEEDS
his friends present to make a good impression. If you are in the bay
area, please come to the Federal Building tomorrow morning, Tuesday
October 17, by 9:30am.
