Alternatives to Nazi USA's Dem-Repubs anti-Magna Carta Rights Gang

Fascism has arrived officially with the Democrats & Republicans in the House & Senate voting for a bill that removes basic democratic rights, including habeas corpus (produce the body, the right to a court hearing and immediate charges or dismissal) and permits torture. The Democrats who opposed this do not change the fact that members of their rotten party joined in this march to fascism. There are political parties that never join any march to fascism and always support democratic rights.

The right to habeas corpus has existed since 1215 under the Magna Carta.

While these rights are supposedly directed against non-citizens, this is always the first step to police state terror against citizens. The ruling class would love to put the entire peace movement and all labor organizers in death camps, just like Nazi Germany did, and that is the primary goal of these fascist bills.
