Susan Leal the annointed Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has led the SFPUC down the drain and into the cesspool. Today, we are worse off than we have ever been before. There is no Accountability and NO Transparency with this inept, igorant, and very arrogant woman leading the SFPUC into deeper trouble. In the end the tax payers are not getting their money's worth and Suan Leal has no clue what is happening under her very poor leadership. San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is in a mess.
Millions of dollars are wasted and some idiots making decisions at the Upper Level have no clue what so ever the damage they are doing to San Francisco in the short and long run. No one is their right mind ever attends the SFPU Commission meetings any more. Just plain WASTE OF TIME. They jerks look at you straight in the eye and lie. Our Water System linked to Hetch Hetch has not been addressed as it should have been addressed. Every single plan has been changed - again and again - some times over 40% revised that points to lack of good planning and very poor leadership. It has been decided by the idiots to have 3 huge pipes now instead of 4. The huge pipes that bring the Hetch Hetchy water to San Francisco. There is NO sound infrastructure plan and if the Big One strikes in the area where the 3 pipes bring in the water we all will be left to the mercy of those authorities that have NO clue what so ever what is really happening. SFPUC can talk the talk but the cannot walk the walk. Especially when you have a person like Susan Leal who is not interested in anything but herself and her lifestyle circle of inept people. We have many places where we store water that will fall prey to the Big One. Most of them in San Francisco. Some of them have been built with inferior concrete. I know it but many do not know it? Why is it? It is nice to hear some fish story about how some fish may save us from some one poisoning our system. We have people within SFPUC that are worse than poision - inept folks trying to deliver Clean Water to over 2.4 million people and are doing it without any impunity. But the fact remains that SFPUC stinks like stale fish and the organization has to go complete with Susan Leal and her cronies. The sooner the better. That includes Tony Winnicker who is good with Spin and Media but very Shallow. A couple of years ago the man knew nothing much about SFPUC but just because he was the Manager of Susan Leal - in her failed attempt to become Mayor and was annointed by Gavin Newsom after elected as Mayor - more as a pacification ploy - now here he is the blind leading the blind.
