The Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP suit) brought by the Texas-based timber company against four forest-defense activists continues this weekin the Humbodlt County Courthouse in Eureka, 2nd floor.
Monday, August 28, court begins at 9:30 am and will convene at 12 noon.
Tuesday through Friday court will be in session from 8:45 am till 12 noon.
