Flag burning 3pm People's Park Berkeley

In Berkeley, there will be a ceremony burning the U.$. flag at 3pm in People's Park. People's Park is located near the corner of Telegraph & Haste, in berkeley. Televisions have also been smashed in years past as part of this Desecration Day anti-holiday. There is no gurantee of any being brought this year. But if you want bring your own TVs and flags and people will make good use of them.

Remember, in addition to old-style thermometers, the most common household items containing mercury are broken fluorescent light bulbs, and television and computer monitor components. I would put down a tarp so that nothing spreads into the ground there. In the case of light bulbs, those are so easily broken by being dropped or children roughhousing that the smallprint warning about their toxicity is not acceptable.
