Carol Brouillet has been an activist on economic and social issues for decades, and she was sparked into high gear when events of Sept 11, 2001, did not conform to science or policy. She has lead the efforts to convene conferences and demonstratons about the falsity of the 'official version' of that day's events.

Her decision to run for US Congress this year stems from the current Congresswoman's refusal to be intelligent enough to see the lies the Bush administration propound. The nation is being driven to bankruptcy with these lies, and willful negligence on the part of the current Congress is only adding to the problem.
