The self-insured employer, Adventist Health Systems has systematically refused to obey the orders of the Workers Compensation Court as well as the State Supreme Court and take care of her injuries despite numerous witnesses to her injury.

Sam Gold is the director of Californians Injured At Work, one of the oldest and largest injured worker advocacy organizations in California. He also is producer and host of the "Injured On The Job" television program which is the only television program in California dedicated to advocating for injured workers.

What Larry has found out about their shady business practices is just unbelieveable.

Dina Padilla is president of VOICES-B.E.S.T. and has been advocating for California injured workers for well over 10 years. Dina was an employee of Kaiser Permanente Medical Group until she got hurt at work and has been fighting for her constitutionally guaranteed rights ever since.
