Labeled "controversial" by pundits and politicians alike, Ward Churchill is the author of many books including "On the Justice of Roosting Chickens: Reflections on the Consequences of U.S. Imperial Arrogance and Criminality" -- a work that provoked a firestorm of media reacion -- and "Since Predator Came: Notes from the Struggle for American Indian Liberation."

Ward Churchill is Professor of Ethnic Studies at the University of Colorado/Boulder. A long-time AIM (American Indian Movement) activist, he is a past national spokesperson for the Leonard Peltier Defense Committee. A prolific writer and lecturer, he has written more than 20 books and hundreds of essays.
