Support Richard Marino - Sacto Hearing 1/31

Federal medical marijuana defendant Richard Marino has a hearing in
Sacto Federal Court tomorrow (Tues) 9:30 am before Judge Carlton .
Richard faces 19 different counts related to operation of his
cannabis dispensary in Roseville. Most of them involve nothing more
than transferring money into one or another bank accounts, which the
government regards as money laundering. The police took his patient
records, so he is unable to contact them. Friends and supporters
