Anti-Choice And Pro-Choice Protesters Face Off In San Francisco

On Saturday January 21st, a crowd of over 10,000 abortion opponents gathered in San Francisco in Justin Herman Plaza. Pro-choice activists gathered a few blocks down near Pier 7. Around noon, the anti-abortion crowd started marching up Embarcadero and hundreds of police moved in to keep the pro-choice crowd ouut of the street as the right-wingers filled Embarcadero.
