Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals set a
hearing date in my case for March 27th, at the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals in Pasadena, Hearing Room 3. For some reason we are not having a
hearing in San Francisco. Maybe it's because two of the judges office are
in Pasadena or it maybe the only hearing room available. We still have the
same panel as before with one judge (Judge Beam) who is from the Eight
Circuit.

It is very unusual for the Ninth Circuit to set a hearing date before all
briefing is completed. The Judges have been pulling this case through the
Ninth Circuit really fast. Which is a good sign that they want to rule for
us.

I am hoping to feel well enough to post the briefs and update my website in
the next week or so. I will also give an update on my health after surgery.
I am still recovering.

Compassion and Justice,
Angel Raich
