Restoration of Black Farmers in America Tour 2006

by Michael Harris (blackagriculture [at] yahoo.com)
Black History Month 2006, World Ag Expo will showcase the world largest farm show and feature a sustained effort to disparage, discriminate and discredit Black Farmers in a strategic fashion. Under a false cloak of ‘Official U.S. government policy’ World Ag Expo officials showcase to the world unique “Historic California Grown Racism." Restoration of Black Farmers in America Tour 2006 will seek collaborative partners to change this paradigm.

Leidesdorff Ranch, CA ~ Black Farmers and Agriculturalists Association in California will begin another administrative cycle. ‘New Year 2006, ’ elders and ancestors have shared ancient wisdom by charting favorable stars, forecasting the dawn of another “Golden Age of Aquarius” based upon Black Agricultural Sacred Science.

The notion of a ‘true’ a New Year begins with a calibration of the helical rising of a Sacred Star, a central fire that our Sun revolves around every 25,000 years. “Restoration of Black Farmers in America Tour 2006” will showcase a universal notion of Black Agricultural Sacred Science. Planting natural global seeds in fertile minds will end all hunger and famine in this sacred season of universal harvest.

Restoration of the largest North American estuary, Chesapeake Basin, will mirror the exhibit Distant Echoes: Black Farmers in America. This powerful display will showcase how far we have fallen and serve as a historical milestone to future generations of the true importance of Black Agriculture. Millions of displaced Black people globally will perish in 2006 because of no food or clean water. Millions of acres of once productive land will lie fallow and watch elders and children die of hunger. Millions of dollars will be spent to ensure the destruction of Liberty, Freedom and Life. A Millions More Movement is necessary to support Black Farmers globally.

Black History Month 2006, World Ag Expo will showcase the world largest farm show and feature a sustained effort to disparage, discriminate and discredit Black Farmers in a strategic fashion. Under a false cloak of ‘Official U.S. government policy’ World Ag Expo officials showcase to the world unique “Historic California Grown Racism,” while playing confidence diplomatic host to global Black Leadership.

Black Farmers in California endure systemic disparaging treatment. Children of the ancestors whom conquered and colonized California, destroying indigenous Black California agricultural production beginning with ‘War against Queen Califia’ in 1535 by European Conquistador Hernan Cortes, continue a methodology of systemic ‘holy’ apart-hate. A few brave new leaders challenge this notion and change may be on the horizon.

In today’s Tulare County, California, home of World Ag Expo 2006, institutional racism manifests itself daily in many ways throughout one of the most lucrative agricultural communities of our world. Why would white parents petition a school board to move their children from sitting next to Black children? Why would their White workers petition to limit Black Farmers equal access to life saving agricultural innovations, products and services?

A newly released U.S. Congressional study of the San Joaquin Valley fails to address a systemic root cause of abject poverty in the region. Chattel slavery in the cotton fields of California found fertile soil in the heart and soul of many San Joaquin Valley residents, thus the foundational struggle of Chavez and Allensworth is erased from current reality, an undesired outcome is predictable without utilizing available salient data for positive change.

The world agriculture industry is on full display in during the Doha Round of the WTO, yet Black Farmers in America remain the canary in the mineshaft and we continue to signal unsafe passage. Supporters of sustainable global agriculture choose to ignore historical authenticity and primary source documentation of the continual downward spiral of global Black Farmers since the Berlin Conference of the late 19th century. Our path seeks a mutually beneficial way forward, “Restoration of Black Farmers in America Tour 2006.”

Let the February 1925 words of the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey; speak to your soul, body and spirit…

“The civilization of today is gone drunk and crazy with its power and by such it seeks through injustice, fraud and lies to crush the unfortunate. But if I am apparently crushed by the system of influence and misdirected power, my cause shall rise again to plague the conscience of the corrupt. For this I am satisfied, and for you, I repeat, I am glad to suffer and even die. Again, I say, cheer up, for better days are ahead. I shall write the history that will inspire the millions that are coming and leave the posterity of our enemies to reckon with the hosts for the deeds of their mother and fathers. With God’s dearest blessings, I leave you for a while”
