Dear DNC,

George Bush can't be impeached. George Bush is not the President. I proved this in a lawsuit in which the DNC was a party. The DNC filed no answer. Robert Mueller, III, the Attorney General, admitted that he did not have the authority to represent the DNC (or the RNC for that matter). The usurper unlawfully appointed him to head the FBI the day following the granting of the illegal motion to dismiss. The 9th Circuit illegally made the case "disappear" without hearing or legal decision. The clerk of the Supreme Court illegally refused to file the petition for a hearing. Since unlawful acts by judges acting outside the course and scope of their duties under the Constitution are null and void, the case is still pending.

The Electoral College is unconstitutional. The Electoral College has always been unconstitutional. James Otis said that only madmen and idiots would ever agree to be less than equal and any agreement made by such would be unenforceable by the laws of God and nature. Andrew Jackson told Congress in 1828 that the Electoral College did not have the authority to reverse the vote of the American people on the Presidency. Lucius Wilmerding in 1958 described the Electoral College as an "unconstitutional" part of the Constitution. His call for "one voter one vote" elections was applied to Congress under Article I, but was not applied to elections for the President under Article II. But elections under Article II (as amended) occur upon the basis set forth in Article I.

In other words, the entire base of the pyramid of governmental power has been shifted from that set forth in the Slaveholder's Constitution of 1787 to that of the People's Constitution established in the course of the Civil War. Those portions of the Slaveholder's Constitution of 1787 "inconsistent with and repugnant to" the Declaration of Independence are "null and void." That was the platform of the Republican Party of 1856 and 1860.

All three Civil War Amendments to the Constitution render the Electoral College unconstitututional. The Electoral College is a system of unequal votes (contrary to the 14th Amendment) under a system of "virtual" representation designed to take the vote from the African slave (contrary to the 15th Amendment) and give it to their slave masters to protect the system of slavery (contrary to the 13th Amendment). The American Revolution intended to abolish the system of "virtual" representation and to replace it with actual representation. But the Slaveholder's Constitution of 1787 re-instated virtual representation through titles of nobility called "Electors." The Electoral College was based upon a device of the aristocracy to pick an Emporer for the Holy Roman Empire. The Elector of Bavaria was sometimes the King.

Titles of nobility were unlawful under the Articles of Confederation and under the Constitution of 1787. So the restrictions upon the right to vote for President of the United States to "electors" of the Electoral College was never valid. As John Locke said, in a republic or any other body politick, the people have the right to constitute the government. As de Tocqueville said, the greater truth goes with the greater number.

Bush v. Gore applied the equality principle (of the 14th Amendment) to the mode of electing the President (under Article II as amended). All men are created equal means that all Americans are created equal. So if all Americans are created equal then all votes of all Americans are created equal. If all votes of all Americans are equal, than the candidate with the most votes wins the elections. This rule applies to every other election in the nation. This rule applies to every decision by Congress and by every committee of Congress. This rule applies to every decision by every court of the United States including the Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore.

The Supreme Court of the United States knew that it was breaking the law and violating the Constitution when it placed the usurper in the office of President. Having seized an office contrary to the will of the people, the holder of the office acts as if under seige by the people and treats the public and the people as the enemy. The great defender of the English Republic, Algernon Sidney, described this process in his Discourses on Government.

The nation faces a constitutional crisis greater than any in its history. Only the people of the nation can resolve the question facing it: Is the Declaration of the United States the true constitution of the nation? Is this nation founded upon 1) "consent of the governed," 2) political equality; and 3) inalienable rights. The Electoral College is unconstitutional and all acts by George Bush (and Richard Cheney) while in illegal possession of the office are null and void. See

by Ben
Gary, have you consulted the Federalist Papers for an explanation ?

Historically the federalist papers are a collection of publications used to promote and explain the provisions of the Constitution so that the people of that time could understand this new form of government that unfortunately has been severally perverted and the public trust violated.
