Join the SOA Vigil in Davis Sunday, Nov. 20 , 4-6 pm
Please join the SOA vigil in Davis, in solidarity with the thousands who will attend the vigil at the gates of the training center for terrorists and mass murderers in Fort Benning, Georgia this weekend.
SOA (School of the Americas) VIGIL IN DAVIS
SUNDAY, NOV. 20, 4 - 6 PM. United Methodist Church, 1620 Anderson Rd.
Leisa Faulkner Barnes will speak. A funeral procession will be held in memory of all who have died or disappeared at the hands of graduates of the SOA.
After the procession light refreshments will be served and people will have the opportunity to write post cards to their congressional representatives urging them to support HR 1217, a bill to close the former SOA, now known as WHINSEC. All are welcome. For information call (530) 756-6795.
