On January 31, 2003 greedy landlords filed suit against the City of Oakland in a bid to kill off Just Cause Eviction Protections for Oakland renters.
Measure EE is going to court in front of Judge Steven Brick on October 12th. If you helped pass Measure EE or if you want to protect it, please help by coming out to the courthouse hearing. This will be a chance for us to let the judge and the public know that people are watching this lawsuit and will fight to keep it.
