Ringling Bros Circus in Oakland 8-21-05: the animals and the painful irony

The circus calls this area their Animal House. It's where the animals are kept in between their once- or twice-a-day performance routines.

The circus has now moved to San Jose and will be in San Francisco next week. Animal activists from all over are encouraged to help keep the heat on Ringling and its parent company, Feld Entertainment, to drop the use of animals in their live shows. Please, help leaflet one or more days listed below while the circus is still in town. Complete schedule for leafleting Bay Area Ringling appearances:

Man in red cap had videocamera to record activists for Ringling's files and man in blue shirt seemed to be in charge of security outside of the circus itself.
