8/24+31: PROTESTS FOR SAMUEL MARTINEZ

Protests continue at the Santa Clara County District Attorney (DA) Office - at the corner of San Pedro and Hedding in San Jose. Are there people who could protest at least once a week for the next two or three weeks? Even if people can spare fifteen minutes or one-half hour between 11:30 - 12:30

Protests demanding Open Grand Jury Hearing for Samuel Martinez, killed by SJPD Officer Patrick Guire on May 26, 2005 continue....Please come and show your support!

Protests continue at the Santa Clara County District Attorney (DA) Office - at the corner of San Pedro and Hedding in San Jose. Are there people who could protest at least once a week for the next two or three weeks? Even if people can spare fifteen minutes or one-half hour between 11:30 - 12:30. Its a good time to catch the lunchtime crowd - pedestrians and vehicle traffic.

Please join the protest and DEMAND THE DA:
- open grand jury on Patrick Guire for killing Samuel Martinez on 26 May 2005
- use prosecutorial discretion to charge law enforcement when they break the law
- direct filing on law enforcement when they break the law
