The song is about a town called Monroeville Alabama where Truman Capote was from and a book titled To Kill A Mockingbird showed the horrors of the place in the 60's. Not much has changed.

My father Bruised Deal Brown killed a Blue Jay with a board at about the time the ideas for the book was formed. My family had contact with the author's family, Harpee Lee, or Truman Capote.

The escape to San Francisco was nice. I will engage our enemies in a new vein, a new route, maybe up the mud vein. Soon to produce a documentary with the Mobile Audit Club view of America.
