I am writing to urge you to prosecute Nick Barragan and William Wallace to the full extent of the law. Lighting baby animals on fire and stabbing them repeatedly with pitchforks is an egregious form of torture, and these men should be punished severely to deter them and others from committing such violence against animals in the future.

I understand that, if convicted of the felony animal cruelty charges they face, Wallace and Barragan could each spend three years in prison and have to pay fines of as much as $20,000 each. This penalty seems only fair, given the amount of suffering they have caused. I ask you to please treat this offense as a serious crime and give these men the stiff sentence they deserve.
